Ordering & Payment
Minimum quantity for wholesale is 24 candles. All orders are to be placed through the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment can be made with credit card through Square invoice. Check or other online payment methods are not accepted. Turnaround Time To allow for order processing and candle making, our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks. Please contact us before ordering if you have a time-sensitive order, as expedited processing is available at an additional cost.
Display & Packaging
We require that our products be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Please contact us if you have questions about our packaging.
Shipping costs are charged at the time of order placement. Domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. Casa Sanctum is not responsible for any carrier delays or damage. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges
All cancellations or changes to your order may be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellations or reductions to your order will be issued a restocking fee for 20% of the total deducted from your order. Any issues, incorrectly shipped products, returns, or exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be post marked within 7 days of reporting. The retailer is responsible for any shipping cost for returns. All products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.
Wholesale & Retail Pricing
Retailers must adhere to the set retail pricing as specified in the ordering and pricing form. Failure to comply with pricing will result in wholesale account termination.
