Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days* via United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the size of order and location of delivery. You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking once the item has shipped.
*Shipping candles may take longer during the summer season, as we do not ship Thursday-Sunday to avoid product sitting on hot trucks and potentially melting.

We offer
free shipping with any subscription plan within US, except Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping cost for these states will be added at the checkout. 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Casa Sanctum is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for US or International orders.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns only items that are unopened, unused and with original packaging. All returns must be requested within 7 days from the date item was delivered. You will have 14 days to return the item.
If we don't receive the return within 14 days we'll be able to issue refund as a store credit.

Use subject heading RETURN REQUEST. Please include your order number and a reason for the return with the request. You will then be emailed instructions. Only items that are given a return authorization, and arrive in new condition (unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact) will be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend and insured and trackable mail service.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.


We do not accept returns on candle that have been lit, opened or broken unless they are damaged during shipping. If your package was damaged, please keep the original box and email us to open claim.
